About the team

The Data Partner Integrations team within Alloy owns the creation and maintenance of integrations with data partners as well as integrations infrastructure and tooling. At Alloy, we are focused on creating experiences and integrations for our customers that enable them to make changes at the speed of fraud.

What you'll be doing

This role would work across the Data Partner Integrations team, Strategic Alliances, Sales, as well as Client success to ensure there is a high level of org visibility into in progress and upcoming integrations work. You will sit at the center of one of the most crucial products within Alloy, adding additional data sources that power our decisioning platform. Example initiatives that this role would lead include: prioritizing and planning new integrations as well as examining our tooling and infrastructure to ensure that our integrations are scalable.

As the Senior PM I for Data Partner Integrations you’ll:

  • Integration Strategy and Prioritization: Lead the development of Alloy's integrations strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

  • Utilize RICE prioritization techniques to identify and prioritize features and integrations that address market demands effectively.

  • Technical Expertise in Data Integration: Demonstrate a deep understanding of integration architectures, schemas, and protocols.

  • Proficiently handle REST and SOAP API integrations. Manage incoming and outgoing data in various data formats (JSON, XML).

  • API Lifecycle Management: Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including versioning and deprecation strategies.

  • Database Technologies: Leverage knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems, including design principles and schema development.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate closely with the GTM team to devise marketing strategies and positioning for integrations.

  • Support the successful rollout and adoption of integrations across Alloy's customer base.

  • Product Design and User Experience: Collaborate effectively with designers using Figma to create user-friendly integration interfaces.

  • Conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior and needs.

  • Data Analysis and Lifecycle Management: Utilize Looker and SQL for in-depth data analysis to inform integration enhancements and performance optimization.

  • Manage the entire data lifecycle within integrations, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

  • System Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough system analysis to understand requirements and constraints.

  • Contribute to the design of integration solutions, including system architecture and API sequence planning.

  • Technical Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical feasibility of integrating new APIs and identify opportunities for enhancing existing integrations.

  • Product Requirements and Agile Methodologies: Create and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to guide development teams effectively.

  • Apply agile principles and methodologies to manage and prioritize product development.

  • Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver successful integration solutions.

  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools such as Jira for effective project execution.

  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive QA plans for integrations, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide mentorship to junior product managers on product management best practices, conflict resolution, prioritization, and complex issues.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product, design, engineering, QA, marketing, and enablement, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and/or a closely related position.

The following range is based on the scoped level within the organization and only for highly targeted geographies: $158k - $172k
