Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)
About the role:
As a Service Delivery Analyst Senior, you will work closely with the application Development, Implementation and CX teams to troubleshoot issues.
The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications and an ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient. Developing operational excellence for our clients will be key to help building out a successful team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Consulting on using a CRM and setting priorities.
Representing Connections (CRM) as a Subject Matter Expert.
Managing the project of a CRM implementation.
Training client administrators and conducting end-user Train the Trainer for Connections.
Documenting and communicating status of the implementation externally and internally.
About the team :
Cash Express Service Delivery ensures 99.9% availability of an external website used by 100+ banks and their customers. This also includes several internal sites used by the Implementation/CX teams, and a VRU application used by end users. We install monthly application patches and 2 – 3 major releases a year.
We lead the moving of the application between 2 data centers, to minimize extended outages. We address system level vulnerabilities, as needed. Most importantly, we follow the FIS change process for every change and ensure success based on pre-defined validation steps.
What you will be doing:
Engage in high-level discussions to tailor and consult on product suites, focusing on decision solutions.
Provide senior-level consultative services, understanding client needs from a banking perspective and tailoring financial products and decision solutions accordingly.
Work closely with internal teams to design, configure, and implement banking solutions.
Examine client processes, forms, reports, and operational needs, documenting software capabilities and all related processes to be used post-conversion.
Analyze data to translate client needs into software configurations.
Develop an understanding of client products and services through information gathering sessions.
Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.
Identify and provide solutions to complex mapping or interface requirements of unique projects and examines data field conversion requirements.
What you will need:
IIS/ PowerShell/ Application Deployment/ SQL server, load balancing technologies (NetScaler, F5), windows OS, ticket management (SNOW), ITIL, monitoring, application architecture, technical project manager background and documentation.
Ability to understand and investigate data for product recommendations.
Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge, including technical and non-technical personnel.
The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.
Demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity.
