About the team:
Cross Asset Trading and Risk – CATR (formerly Front Arena) is a global platform that manages trading, risk, sales, and operations. It supports cross-asset risk, electronic trading, and OTC derivatives trading, helping businesses stay competitive. Front Arena provides real-time trading and position control across multiple asset classes, integrating sales, trading, risk management, and settlement accounting. Clients trade on behalf of their clients or for direct gain, generating positions where risk and profit/loss are calculated in real-time. These positions lead to confirmations, settlements, and general ledger postings. Front Arena's tools and integration framework offer substantial operational controls for dataflow and information dissemination. Banks, brokers, hedge funds, insurers, and asset managers use Front Arena solutions worldwide.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager Senior - Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing infrastructure projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all project targets and requirements are met.
Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for thorough documentation of project activities, providing technical guidance and reviews when required, and sharing project and major updates with relevant stakeholders. The role encompasses all aspects of assigned infrastructure projects, which may include end-of-life (EOL) processes, improvements, upgrades, disaster recovery exercises (DREs), release upgrades, migrations, and new solutions implementation. The Project Manager will also focus on tracking and resolving major issues to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through the use of technology.
What you will be doing:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
• Document and share project updates with relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and progress to ensure goals are achieved on time and within budget.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What you will need:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master) and PMP certification.
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, and best practices, including PMBOK.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
