About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, the Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory standards. You will be responsible for conducting compliance assessments, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing guidance on implementing necessary adjustments. Your efforts will help protect the best interests of our clients and the company by addressing compliance issues, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, and facilitating communication between business units and regulatory bodies in global-scale.

What you will be doing?

  • Conduct compliance assessments and address any deficiencies detected.
  • Perform periodic reviews and evaluations of products, services, and business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes impacting our operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide guidance on implementing regulatory changes.
  • Communicate detailed requirements to business units, validate solutions, and monitor progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes.
  • Interface with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.
  • Assist with customer compliance-related questions and concerns.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of at least one substantive area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and apply technical documents and legal or regulatory reference materials.
  • Ability to handle compliance-related inquiries and meet performance goals within tight time limitations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences and deal effectively with confidential issues that are sensitive in nature.
  • Full-time position working an eight-hour per-day schedule of [2.00-10.00 PM CET], (Monday through Friday).
