About The Role

Hatz AI is looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Manager to help customers and internal teams successfully learn, adopt, and get value from our platform. This is a hybrid role that combines customer education, enablement, training delivery, and product evangelism.

In this role, you will create engaging learning content for our LMS, build and record product demos and real-world use cases, lead internal and external training sessions, support webinars, and represent Hatz AI in customer-facing and event-based settings. You'll work closely with the Director of AI Adoption and cross-functional teams to turn adoption strategy into scalable, high-impact programs that improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and drive long-term product usage.

What You'll Do

  • Create, manage, and continuously improve LMS content, including courses, training modules, guides, certifications, and self-service resources
  • Review and update existing learning content to ensure it stays current with product updates, new use cases, and customer needs
  • Build, record, and maintain product demos and practical use cases for webinars, onboarding, training, and enablement programs
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Lead or support webinars, workshops, and educational sessions designed to drive product understanding and adoption
  • Serve as an AI adoption evangelist by representing Hatz AI in webinars, events, and customer-facing education opportunities
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to align enablement programs with business priorities and product direction
  • Help improve the onboarding experience by identifying education gaps and creating resources that reduce time to activation
  • Gather feedback from customers, learners, and internal stakeholders to improve content quality and training effectiveness
  • Track engagement and performance across training programs, LMS content, webinars, and enablement initiatives to support continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 3–6+ years of experience in enablement, customer education, onboarding, training, customer success, product marketing, or a related field
  • Experience creating and maintaining LMS content or structured learning programs
  • Experience building product demos, recording walkthroughs, and translating product features into compelling customer use cases
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead live sessions for both internal and external audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, practical learning experiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience participating in webinars, events, or customer-facing education programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or technology products is preferred
