Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Fullstack Engineer to drive the development of our cutting-edge AI SaaS product. Based in New York City's vibrant Flatiron District, Hatz AI is at the forefront of building innovative AI technologies for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their SMB clients. You'll have the unique opportunity to explore emerging technologies and experiment with state-of-the-art AI frameworks while implementing production-ready solutions.

As a Senior Developer, you will architect, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend systems that power our AI platform. You'll work at the intersection of traditional software engineering and artificial intelligence, creating seamless user experiences while handling complex AI workloads and data processing pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Web Applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement responsive design principles to maintain a seamless user experience across various devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and Typescript
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have skills:

• Experience working with generative AI APIs, streaming outputs, embeddings, and tool calling.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/SQL and Row Level Security
