Description

In this high-visibility role, you are the quarterback for onboarding some of our most important customers — banks, investment advisors, and enterprise partners using our cutting-edge Enterprise and Impactfully platforms to manage private foundations.

You don't just coordinate projects — you lead them. From kickoff to go-live, you own the client implementation experience: guiding stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring confident, successful adoption of our solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who brings both precision and adaptability. As our platform evolves, you also help shape the future of how we scale — driving more efficient, repeatable, and customer-friendly deployment processes. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Enterprise Support Lead to ensure clients are set up for long-term success, delivering real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Implementation (85%)

  • Take the lead as the primary contact for our institutional enterprise clients throughout the onboarding and implementation journey.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle — managing timelines, hitting milestones, navigating risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Drive momentum by leading UAT sessions and running focused stand-ups with client project teams to keep things moving and unblock progress fast.
  • Get hands-on with platform configuration, data validation, and technical problem-solving — leveraging your advanced Excel skills when needed to ensure a smooth and accurate setup.
  • Think beyond the project by documenting what works (and what doesn’t), helping us build scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks that set clients — and our team — up for long-term success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%

  • Ensure continuity and confidence by working hand-in-hand with our Enterprise Support Lead to transition clients from implementation to support.
  • Partner across teams — including Engineering, Product, and Operations — to solve implementation challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Be a strategic voice for the client by sharing feedback that drives product improvements, shapes deployment strategies, and elevates the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS onboarding/implementation, ideally with large financial institutions or wealth management firms
  • Proven success managing complex, high-stakes client delivery projects — certifications (e.g., PMP/CSM) optional, results required
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to confidently handle demanding stakeholders through clear communication and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with platform configuration, data validation, and hands-on troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting or servicing high-value clients ($10K+ annual business), with an emphasis on trust, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • A track record of accelerating time-to-value — reducing implementation timelines and increasing client speed-to-adoption
  • Ability to influence best practices and client behavior — not just following a project plan, but actively improving how work gets done
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to partner across teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to resolve challenges and drive improvements
  • Consultative mindset — able to act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients toward smarter solutions and long-term success
  • Experience working directly with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other database-driven support/configuration tools
  • Familiarity with SSO (e.g., Auth0, Okta), APIs, and middleware used in enterprise integrations
  • Experience with data migration, validation, and identifying anomalies in large datasets (CSV, Excel)
  • Awareness of regulatory/compliance environments (e.g., SEC, FINRA) common in financial services
  • Understanding of enterprise change management and how large institutions adopt new technology
  • Success in fast-paced or early-stage SaaS environments, with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
