Description
You'll take ownership of data quality and contribute directly to our sales and marketing success - playing a key role in prospect identification, tracking performance, data enrichment, and reporting. Your work will directly influence the growth of our sales pipeline and success of our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Research & Lead Identification – 40%
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to source and segment new high-potential prospects aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Expand and enrich our lead database with vetted legal, advisory, and financial contacts using research tools
- Standardize outreach cadences and contribute to campaign strategy through list-building and analysis
- Use platforms like Salesforce and Salesvue to support funnel progression and campaign performance tracking
- Identify emerging trends and suggest new lead strategies based on real-time data
Data Entry, Quality, & Enrichment – 30%
- Ensure contact and lead information is consistently accurate, complete, and clean within Salesforce
- Run regular data hygiene checks, remove duplicates, and maintain formatting consistency
- Use third-party tools and online research to enrich and verify incomplete records
- Help maintain a proprietary dataset that directly supports campaign personalization and efficiency
KPI Tracking & Sales Reporting – 20%
- Build and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards that measure sales KPIs and funnel performance
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Sales and Leadership
- Analyze patterns in lead behavior and suggest optimizations based on findings
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic goals
Collaboration & Process Improvement – 10%
- Join cross-functional check-ins with Marketing, Sales, and CRM Admin teams to align on goals
- Suggest improvements to sales tools, processes, and data systems
- Help refine internal documentation, reporting protocols, and campaign tracking methods
- Be a voice for data-driven improvement and innovation across the organization
What Success Looks Like: (KPIs)
- Lead Record Accuracy: =98% data accuracy on all manual updates
- List Delivery Timeliness: 100% of segmented prospect lists delivered on schedule
- Sales Report Cadence: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports completed with >95% accuracy
- Database Growth: Meet quarterly growth targets for verified leads and enriched records
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce (required); Salesvue experience is a plus
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; Power BI or data visualization tools a bonus
- Understanding of sales funnels, marketing data flows, and campaign tracking
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with manual data entry at scale
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to identify trends and opportunities
- Clear communicator – both written and verbal – across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales ops, data analysis, or marketing support.
