ForMotiv’s 1st-party behavioral data and intent solution is the first of its kind and allows carriers to understand their digital users as if they were sitting right in front of them. We do this by analyzing users’ digital body language collected while they engage with web applications to classify and predict their intent, in real-time. Our Behavioral Data Science platform collects thousands of behavioral micro-expressions, such as keystrokes, typing speed, mouse movements, hesitation, and hundreds of other behavioral cues to predict intent such as confusion, frustration or the likelihood of a user to abandon, convert, be high-risk, and more.
Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to work closely with our customers and our Sales, Data Science, and Technology teams. We are growing quickly and looking for an individual to help manage customer relationships and further penetrate our existing customer base with our solutions. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing international startup. As an Account Manager, you will report to the Chief Customer Officer and work cross-functionality with Sales, Data Science, and Technology.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer relationships with existing carriers
- Conduct Pilot with newly launched carriers
- Help prospects and clients build cost benefit analysis (CBA)
- Assist Sales team in late stage opportunities
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and identify ForMotiv opportunities for expansion
- Work with Product and Data Science teams to build and run Quarterly Business Reviews with Customers
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Account Management experience with software or data products
- Experience owning customer relationships for enterprise software products
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with software implementation processes
- Exposure to BI tools and general data visualization
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Eagerness to wear multiple hats and lend a hand to your teammates when called upon
- A background in insurance is a plus
