Domify is an innovative AI startup leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize the way banks address and navigate regulatory issues. Our mission is to simplify the complexities of the financial regulatory landscape through cutting-edge AI solutions. The technical co-founder will lead the company’s technological vision, strategy, and execution. This key executive will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the company's AI products while maintaining a keen understanding of the ever-evolving regulatory environment in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Guide the technical direction of the startup. This includes making critical decisions on architecture, technical feasibility, tools, technologies, and processes.
- Prototype Development: Develop the prototype to find product market fit through rapid iterations.
- Getting your hands dirty: Be comfortable coding and building on the fly as new requirements come in
- Sales collaboration: Be comfortable pitching new solutions to customers with your business counterpart
- Product Development: Own the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Oversee coding, quality assurance, and troubleshooting. Ensure our solutions are scalable and reliable.
- Team Building: As we grow, you'll help identify, recruit, hire, and manage high-performing engineering talent. Manage and work effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- 5-10 years of work experience, startup experience a plus
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within a startup environment.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AI, like Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with software development methodologies, like Agile or Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Genuine passion for AI technology and its potential to drive change.
