We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Ads Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our advertising efforts across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Google. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up successful ad campaigns from scratch, identifying the most effective channels, creating compelling ad copy, testing strategies, and working closely with designers and marketers to optimize landing page tests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective paid acquisition strategies across various platforms
• Write engaging and persuasive ad copy for various advertising campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ads
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop and test high-performing landing pages
• Analyze and optimize ad performance, ensuring campaigns meet specified KPIs
• Monitor ad budgets, and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms
• Proven success in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Experience in fintech, startups, or direct-to-consumer companies in finance, banking, or payments is a plus
