We're searching for a versatile Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and compelling visual content for our marketing initiatives, spanning across ads, email campaigns, landing pages, website design, social media posts, blog posts, and more. While the focus of your role will not include product design initially, your understanding of our product and ability to work cross-functionally with the product team, email marketers, ad manager, and other stakeholders is critical. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and digital content, on time and within budget
• Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for marketing materials, email campaigns, website content, and more using graphic design software
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Work closely with the ads manager to design advertising banners for ads campaigns
• Create engaging blog and social media images
• Coordinate with product teams to gain a deep understanding of the product to translate into marketing designs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more)
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Figma (critical), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Excellent eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in fintech, startups, or direct-to-consumer companies in finance, banking, or payments is a plus
• Experience in visual animation or video creation is a plus
