We're seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will deep-dive into our product, understand user behavior, monitor metrics, and deliver daily reports of your findings. Your keen observations and data-driven insights will be instrumental in improving our product and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough product analysis, including reviewing videos of user interactions and noting key observations such as confusion points, bugs, and areas of potential improvement
• Monitor product metrics and user feedback to understand user behavior and product usage
• Deliver daily reports that outline findings, highlight key areas of concern, and suggest improvements
• Identify bugs and work with the product and engineering teams to prioritize and fix them
• Suggest product or copy improvements based on data analysis and user behavior observations
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations for product development
• Advocate for the user at all times, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our product development process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong written English skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or similar data analysis tools is a plus, but not required
• Strong understanding of user behavior and experience with user research
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
