Solution Architect
Clarasight
Clarasight provides global enterprises with a real-time Carbon Planning & Intelligence platform to power forward-looking emissions management — so they can close the gap between climate-related intentions and actions. Some of the world's most recognizable companies, representing over $4T in market value, rely on Clarasight to reduce risks, save costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep experience in enterprise data systems, dimensional modeling, planning applications and stakeholder-driven solution design. You’ll play a critical role in defining how we implement Clarasight at scale — turning customer needs into robust, scalable architectures that enable smarter decision-making around travel emissions and sustainability planning.
About You
You’re a technical systems thinker who thrives on solving ambiguity through structure. You’ve designed data models and planning tools that operate across teams, use cases, and departments — and you know how to keep things flexible without losing integrity.
You bring deep experience with cube schemas, hierarchies, and attribute-driven modeling, and understand how to balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability. You’ve worked in environments where travel data, corporate financial data or carbon emissions tracking is central to the problem — and you know the importance of getting the foundations right to unlock future insights.
You also bring a consultative mindset: you love partnering with internal and external stakeholders to shape requirements, align expectations, and guide successful delivery. Whether you're hands-on with an ETL flow, sketching out a new planning model, or mentoring a delivery consultant — you take ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead client-facing solution design
Run collaborative design workshops with client stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, understand data architecture, and validate business needs
Translate complex requirements into clear technical designs that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Clarasight’s product direction
Document modeling assumptions, data flows, and database structure to guide delivery teams on implementation
Own timelines and technical execution
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery plans
Support project execution, jumping in hands-on when designs get complex
Raise and resolve blockers early to keep things moving
Build processes that scale
Create reusable models, specifications documents, and design patterns
Contribute to internal tools that help speed up solution design and QA
Help us evolve our approach to low-code, AI-assisted configuration
Act as a bridge across teams
Collaborate with Product on future roadmap requirements
Support Sales and Customer Success with technical insight during pre- and post-sale
Contribute to case studies, best practices, and other enablement content
A Few Things We’re Looking For
5–8 years in solution architecture, implementation consulting, or enterprise systems design
Deep expertise in cube schemas, dimensional hierarchies, and attribute-based modeling
Strong experience with ETL and data platforms
Familiarity with travel data, sustainability metrics, or emissions modeling (a plus)
Proven track record of aligning stakeholders and managing timelines across cross-functional teams
Excellent communicator — you simplify complexity and bring others along
Startup mindset — adaptable, self-directed, and biased toward action
