As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a critical part of our client journey from the very beginning. You’ll ensure every client partnership starts with a solid foundation and continues to grow and thrive. Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding & Enablement: Design and execute structured onboarding programs and welcome kits that ensure clients are set up for immediate and long-term success.
- Training & Adoption: Lead engaging platform demos and training sessions to help clients fully leverage our solutions.
- Resource Development: Create and manage a repository of support materials—including best practices, templates, demo videos, and case studies—to ensure easy access to key resources.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, particularly in procurement and finance, acting as their trusted advisor on all things Calculum.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track key client metrics and gather feedback to provide actionable insights that influence product development and client strategies.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or client-facing roles
- Good understanding and strong interest in finance, technology, or business operations
- A highly collaborative team ethos is essential
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and document scalable Customer Success processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
