Job Description

As an AI Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with Fortune 500 companies. Your primary focus will be on selling our Customer Experience Software, particularly Conversational AI solutions, to key decision-makers such as Chief Customer Officers, Chief Experience Officers, Head of AI, and Chief Digital Officers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and target Fortune 500 companies as potential customers
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively in the market

Consultative Sales

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Customer Experience Software and Conversational AI solutions
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to educate potential clients on the value of our products

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the field of Conversational AI solutions

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales with a focus on Customer Experience Software
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and shifting priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a technology or software-related field
  • Familiarity with conversational AI technology and solutions
  • Existing relationships with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience working independently as a successful sales professional
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and quotas
