Job Description

An engineering project manager contributes to Knowbl by planning and overseeing multiple work streams, including but not limited to, the development of our self-serve platform and various customer projects. The role collaborates with the product team, engineering team, customer success and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Collaborates with product and customer success to collect objectives and requirements for the project scope.
• Collaborates with design and engineering to document detailed technical requirements and tasks.
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience, preferably in industry, in project management.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience collaborating with a team of engineers, designers, and product managers.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a tech startup, specifically conversational AI.
• Experience working with Global 2000 Enterprise customers.
• Experience working remotely with a team across different time zones.
